Quote any clause that limits a purchaser objection
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Quote each clause the lawyer marks that limits an objection, a requisition, or a claim about the property, with the clause number the contract prints. Do not say the clause is effective.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether the clause cuts off an objection. No statute on purchaser objections was opened. Rule 11(b)(2) is your certification if you later file a legal contention that the clause works or does not. Model Rule 3.3(a)(1) forbids a knowing false statement of law to a tribunal. Formal Opinion 512 requires you to verify the quote. A clause that is not in the contract is not supplied. California Civil Code disclosure duties were not used here. They do not decide this clause.
