Quote the contractual rescission clause on what is repaid
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Quote the clause that says what is repaid if the contract is brought to an end, including any deposit words, and list each figure the clause states. Do not add the figures and do not write a notice.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether the clause applies and what sum is due. No statute of rescission was opened, and no cooling-off period was opened. The words and the figures come from the contract. Model Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation before the client relies on a sum. Formal Opinion 512 bars an unverified total. If you later allege the sum in a pleading, Rule 11(b)(3) is your certification on the facts. The tool does not send a notice.
