Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List the bond's expiry date and any replacement date the bond or the contract states. Do not say the bond is adequate and do not extend a date.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether the bond covers completion. No statute governing deposit bonds was opened. The dates are the dates printed on the bond and in the contract. Model Rule 1.4(a)(3) requires you to keep the client reasonably informed, including of a date that falls before completion. Formal Opinion 512 requires independent verification of a date a tool extracts. A date that is not printed is left blank.
