How AI is used
Extract the violation the order states, the date it requires, and the facts in the client file that address that violation. Write no sentence of the response.
What the lawyer must review
33 USC section 1319 authorises the Administrator to issue a compliance order. The order must be served personally, must state the violation with reasonable specificity, and must set a time for compliance not exceeding 30 days for a violation of an interim compliance schedule or an operation and maintenance requirement, and a time the Administrator finds reasonable for a final deadline. A copy goes to the state. The Administrator may also sue for an injunction. You write the response. If a paper is filed in the action, Rule 11 is your certification. Opinion 512: no generated citation goes in the response.
