Have ready. The gross sum; Compensation figures the lawyer accepts; The costs figure the lawyer supplies.
Example of the limit. Illustrative example: The gross sum is agreed. The statement takes off the section 93(11) amounts the lawyer lists, inserts the costs figure the lawyer supplies, and names Funds in Court as the holder because the order says so. It does not calculate costs.

Payment into court follows the authenticated order, within the time the order limits, as Funds in Court describes. Transport Accident Act 1986 sections 93(10), (11) and (11A) are the opened exclusions and reductions for a transport accident. The TAC page says the repayment is usually offset against the damages, that medical and like expenses generally continue, and that Senior Master's Office or administrative fees may be considered as part of a pecuniary loss settlement. It also says the TAC will not apply sections 93(10) and 93(11) where the losses were paid under the Act the page names as the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
For a workplace damages payout, section 343 is the opened reduction. Subsection (2) puts that reduction of a judgment before any Wrongs Act section 26(1) reduction. Costs are an input the lawyer supplies. This statement does not assess them and does not settle the net figure.
