Checklist
- Set out the incident date, any notice date, and the discoverability facts the lawyer has marked.
- State section 50C: the first to expire of the 3-year post-discoverability period, running from and including the discoverability date, and the 12-year long-stop from the act or omission.
- Use section 50D for what discoverable means. Do not add time for a notice.
- The note to section 50C says the long-stop can be extended under Division 4. That Division was not opened. Survivor actions are section 50C(2) and are not this task.
