Extract the result and grounds from a decision record
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Record the date, the body that issued the decision, the result printed on it, and each ground the decision itself states, with the page. Write no petition and no review ground of your own.
- What the lawyer must review
- The forum is the immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, or a court named on the decision, not an Australian tribunal. Policy Memorandum 25-40 governs generative tools in EOIR pleadings, not the contents of the decision. Section 1003.102(c) reaches a false statement of material fact or law. The lawyer decides which grounds to raise. The tool copies only what the decision says.
