- Copy the classification, the start and end dates and any condition printed on the notice, each marked as printed. Write no letter to the client or to a third party.
- What the lawyer must review
- A letter that states immigration status is your advice. Opinion 512 leaves you responsible for it under Rule 1.1. If the notice is an H-1B approval, the classification descriptions on the USCIS H-1B page are the ones opened: specialty occupation, Department of Defense researcher, or fashion model. Do not describe employment conditions the notice does not print and that page does not state. You write any letter that goes out over your name.
