Quote a practice advertisement against the words it actually uses

How AI is used
Quote each statement about the practice, a practitioner, or a result, in the advertisement's words. Do not say it meets a regulated-health advertising rule.
What the lawyer must review
You decide whether the advertisement is permitted. No regulated-health-service advertising rule was opened. The Medical Board of California brochure says an investigation can include interviewing the complainant, witnesses, and the physician, that the complaint is discussed with the physician, and that details of the complaint and investigation remain confidential and are not a public record. That brochure is about California investigations. It is not an advertising code, and it is not the rule of another state. Formal Opinion 512 requires you to verify a generated quote against the advertisement. Model Rule 1.6 applies if the advertisement or the file contains information relating to a representation.
