Prepare the file for a response to a board notification
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- List the notice date, the conduct the notice describes, and the records the lawyer marks as responsive. Do not write the response.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write the response. The Medical Board of California brochure says an investigation can include records and a physician interview, that the complaint is discussed with the physician, and that the details are confidential and are not a public record. That brochure is California. It is not a national rule. Model Rule 3.3 applies if a statement goes to the board. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the notice is put into a tool. You do not concede a fact the records do not contain.
