How AI is used
For each record the lawyer marks, list the date, a short description taken from the record, and the page. Do not write a brief and do not state a cause.
What the lawyer must review
You assemble the brief. No coroner or inquest statute was opened, so the index is not a court exhibit list and it states no required category. 45 CFR § 164.502 limits disclosure of the records. Formal Opinion 512 applies before they go into a tool. Model Rule 3.3 applies to any description you later put before a court. A fact that is not in the marked record is not added.
