Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List each condition or undertaking the papers state, and any review date they state. If they state no date, say so. Do not say a condition has been met.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether a condition is met and what to tell the client. No medical-board statute of conditions was opened. Model Rule 1.4(a)(3) requires you to keep the client informed, and Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation sufficient to decide. Formal Opinion 512 applies to the papers. A condition that is not in the papers is not added.
