How AI is used
For each duty named below that the lawyer asks you to check, mark whether a policy in the file addresses it, and quote the page. Do not say the facility is compliant.
What the lawyer must review
You decide compliance, and only for a facility covered by 42 CFR § 483.12. The duties opened in that section include: not using verbal, mental, sexual, or physical abuse, corporal punishment, or involuntary seclusion; keeping the resident free of restraints used for discipline or convenience; using the least restrictive alternative for the least time when a restraint is indicated, and documenting re-evaluation; and written policies that prohibit and prevent abuse, neglect, exploitation, and misappropriation of property. Other quality standards were not opened. Do not add them. Formal Opinion 512 applies to the policies. Rule 1.6 covers resident information.
