Table the mental-health orders that are actually in the file
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- For each order in the file, list the date, the court or agency, and the duration the order states. Do not add a step the order does not contain and do not say the order was validly made.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what procedure applies. No mental-health commitment or capacity statute was opened. 42 CFR § 489.102 requires listed providers to maintain written policies on advance directives for adults in their care and to give written information on state-law rights to make medical decisions, including the right to accept or refuse treatment and the right to formulate advance directives. That is not a table of mental-health orders, and it is not a national form. 45 CFR § 164.502 limits disclosure of the table if it contains protected health information. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the orders go into a tool. An order that is not in the file is not described.
