Group inquest records under the issues the lawyer names
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Under each issue the lawyer writes, list the record and the page. Do not write a brief and do not state a cause.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write the brief. No coroner or inquest statute was opened, so the groups are not a required index and they state no deadline. 45 CFR § 164.502 limits disclosure of the records. Model Rule 3.3 applies to a description you later put before a court. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the records go into a tool. A record that does not relate to an issue the lawyer named is not forced under one.

- Verify the applicable jurisdiction and the version of each relevant law, rule or instrument in force at the material time.
- Confirm the output against the client’s instructions and the complete relevant source material, including omissions or contradictions.
- Resolve exceptions and record the responsible lawyer’s approval of the exact output and intended use.
