- Family Code § 2100(c) requires a full and accurate disclosure of all assets and liabilities in which one or both parties have or may have an interest, whether community or separate, together with income and expenses, in a dissolution or legal separation, and a continuing duty to update material changes before an agreement or a trial on those issues. Section 760 states the community-property rule for a married person domiciled in California. Section 2550 requires an equal division of the community estate except on a written agreement, an oral stipulation in open court, or as otherwise provided.
