- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Index orders, police reports and the dates of alleged incidents into a table with pins. Write no risk finding and no address.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what is safe to file and what a parenting order may say. If California law applies, Family Code § 3044 imposes a rebuttable presumption against custody to a person found to have perpetrated domestic violence within the previous five years, and § 3044(g) requires the court to determine whether the section applies before issuing a custody order where domestic violence is alleged. Section 3020 gives priority to the child's health, safety and welfare. Model Rule 1.6 and Opinion 512: do not put location, school or medical detail into a public tool. You write any evidence that is filed.
