Index the disclosure file behind the financial statement

How AI is used
Build an index of each disclosure document: name, date, pages, and the assets, debts, income or expenses it lists, with figures as printed. Write no sentence of the financial statement or of any form that will be filed or signed.
What the lawyer must review
Family Code § 2100(c) requires the disclosure itself: all assets and liabilities regardless of character, and all income and expenses, updated immediately when there is a material change, so that each party has full knowledge at an agreement or at trial. You prepare and sign the financial statement. The index is the map of the file. Opinion 512 does not let the tool take over a document you sign.
