- Family Code § 2100(c) requires disclosure of all assets and liabilities, whether community or separate, and of income and expenses, with an immediate update for material changes. A missed page can hide that disclosure. Opinion 512 requires you to check a tool's extract against the document before you rely on it. You decide which hits matter and you open the page.
