Quote the fee, term and ending clauses for the family
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Quote the clauses on price, duration, and how the agreement ends. Do not advise which option is better and do not add a statutory fee.
- What the lawyer must review
- You explain the quotes. Model Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation sufficient for the client to decide. No accommodation-payment or departure-fee statute was opened, so you do not rank the figures against one. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the agreement goes into a tool. Rule 1.6 covers the family's information. A figure that is not in the agreement is not added.
