- How AI is used
- Quote clauses on fees, discharge, restraints, and who may receive information. Do not write the resident's report and do not rank the agreement.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write the report. No admission-contract statute was opened. If the agreement is with a facility covered by 42 CFR § 483.12, restraints for discipline or convenience are forbidden, and a restraint that is indicated must be the least restrictive alternative for the least time, with documented re-evaluation. You decide whether that section applies. 45 CFR § 164.502 limits use and disclosure of health information in the same file. Formal Opinion 512 applies to the agreement.
