Sort the hearing documents under the lawyer's issues
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Under each issue the lawyer names, list the document and the page. Add an issue only if the lawyer wrote it. Do not write a submission.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write anything that is filed. No guardianship or probate petition statute was opened, so the bundle is an index of the file, not a court form. Model Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation of the issues sufficient for the client to decide. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the file goes into a tool. Model Rule 3.3 applies to any fact from the index that you later put before a tribunal.
