List the seizure facts without an exclusion finding

- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List the date, who seized the item, and what the papers say was taken. Do not say the evidence is excluded and do not write a motion.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide exclusion. No search-and-seizure case, and no statute excluding illegally obtained evidence, was opened. Brady v. Maryland holds that suppression by the prosecution, upon request, of evidence favorable to an accused violates due process where the evidence is material either to guilt or to punishment, irrespective of good faith or bad faith. That is not a rule that evidence obtained illegally is excluded. Rule 16(a)(1)(E) is disclosure of documents and objects on request. It is not an exclusion rule. Model Rule 3.3 governs the motion you write. The tool does not outline it.
