List facts for a non-publication application the lawyer will write
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- List the facts the lawyer marks: the proceeding, the person, and the harm the file describes. Do not write the grounds and do not draft the order.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write the application and the order. No statute authorizing a suppression or non-publication order was opened, so the tool does not state a ground and does not say the order is available. Model Rule 3.3(a)(1) and (d) matter if the application is made without the other party. Rule 3.3(d) says that in an ex parte proceeding the lawyer shall inform the tribunal of all material facts known to the lawyer that will enable an informed decision, whether or not the facts are adverse. Formal Opinion 512 requires verification before any sentence is filed. The list is internal. You write every sentence that is filed.
