Index an autopsy report where no recommendation-response duty was opened

- How AI is used
- List the findings the autopsy report already states, and the page of each. Write no response and no recommendation.
- What the lawyer must review
- Minnesota Statutes section 390.11 requires a report of the facts developed by the autopsy and the findings of the person who performed it to be made promptly and filed in the office of the coroner or medical examiner. When further investigation is advisable, a copy goes to the county attorney. The opened section does not require an organisation to answer recommendations, and it does not provide for party submissions on findings. CDC states that each state sets its own death-investigation rules. You do not draft a response the statute does not describe. If the death is outside Minnesota, open that state statute before you describe any duty to respond.
