List site-record facts for a response to a contracting officer's decision

- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- From the site records, list the dates, quantities, and amounts that relate to each reason in the decision, with the page. Write no sentence of an appeal or a complaint.
- What the lawyer must review
- Section 7103(d) and (e) require the contracting officer's decision to be in writing, to state the reasons, and to inform the contractor of the rights in the chapter. Specific findings are not required, and if made they are not binding later. Section 7104(a) allows an appeal to the agency board within 90 days from receipt of the decision. In lieu of that appeal, § 7104(b) allows an action in the United States Court of Federal Claims, filed within 12 months from receipt, proceeding de novo. An action against the Tennessee Valley Authority goes to a district court under 28 U.S.C. § 1337, also within 12 months. You choose the forum and you write the paper. The list does not.
