Key facts

- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the scope of work, list the activities the lawyer marks and any instruction or site-inspection note already on the file. Do not look for a document called a safe work method statement, and do not approve the site's method of work.
- What the lawyer must review
- The sections opened here do not create a document called a safe work method statement, and they do not publish a high-risk construction list. 29 C.F.R. § 1926.21(b)(2) says the employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. 29 C.F.R. § 1926.20(b)(1) makes it the employer's responsibility to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with that part. Section 1926.20(b)(2) says such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment by competent persons designated by the employers. Section 1926.20(a)(1) is a condition of each contract entered into under legislation subject to Reorganization Plan Number 14 of 1950, as defined in § 1926.12, and for construction, alteration, and/or repair, including painting and decorating. You decide whether this employer and this work are inside part 1926, and whether the instruction given is enough. The tool does not approve a method of work.
