Build the list for a class-member update

- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Build the list of people to whom an update would go, from the register the lawyer approves, and record any subclass the lawyer has assigned. Write no notice.
- What the lawyer must review
- Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(d)(1)(B): in conducting the action the court may order that appropriate notice be given to some or all class members of any step in the action, of the proposed extent of the judgment, or of the members' opportunity to signify whether they consider the representation fair and adequate, to intervene and present claims or defenses, or otherwise to come into the action. The court orders the notice. You write it. The list is not the notice. Model Rule 1.6: keep the register out of a public tool.
