Compile a hearing chronology and an index for the court book
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Build a dated chronology from the documents the lawyer marks, and an index with the document name and date. Do not decide what the court should read.
- What the lawyer must review
- You choose what goes in the court book. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(d)(1)(A): in conducting a class action the court may issue orders that determine the course of proceedings or prescribe measures to prevent undue repetition or complication. The index is for that conduct of the action. It is not an order. Formal Opinion 512: check the index against the documents. Model Rule 1.6: do not put the bundle into a public tool.
