How AI is used
Flag names, telephone numbers, email addresses and street addresses that sit in a produced report next to words identifying the person who made the report. Quote the page. Delete nothing.
What the lawyer must review
42 U.S.C. § 5106a(b)(3) provides that nothing in the section restricts a State from refusing to disclose identifying information concerning the individual who initiated a report or complaint alleging suspected child abuse or neglect, except that the State may not refuse disclosure where a court orders it after the court has reviewed, in camera, the State's record of the report or complaint and has found reason to believe that the reporter knowingly made a false report. You decide what is held back and what a court order requires. The flag shows you where to look.
