Build the agency-record chronology for a dependency matter
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the records the lawyer loads in a closed environment, extract dates, events, authors and page pins into a chronology. Add no characterisation.
- What the lawyer must review
- You check every date against the record before it is used. Dependency files are confidential: CAPTA requires the state plan to preserve confidentiality of child-protection records (42 U.S.C. § 5106a(b)(2)(B)(viii)). Opinion 512 and Model Rule 1.6: do not put this file into a public tool. The chronology is working material. You write anything that is filed.
