- You write anything that is sent, and you fill the blanks. Section 671(a)(15)(A) makes the child's health and safety the paramount concern in determining reasonable efforts. Subparagraph (B), except as subparagraph (D) provides, requires reasonable efforts to preserve and reunify families, including efforts to make it possible for a child to safely return to the child's home. Section 675(1) defines the case plan as a written document, including the services described in paragraph (B). A blank is a space for your position.
