Summarise an arbitration hearing transcript for counsel
Key facts

- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the transcript in the file, list each witness or speaker, the pages where that person speaks, and the propositions the words on those pages support, with the page number. Add nothing the page does not say.
- What the lawyer must review
- The summary is a working aid. The lawyer checks every proposition against the page before it is used in a submission. Formal Opinion 512 warns that a generative tool can produce plausible text that the record does not contain. Rule 1.6 keeps the transcript inside a confidential tool. 9 U.S.C. § 10(a)(3) is a ground to vacate an award where the arbitrators refused to hear evidence pertinent and material to the controversy, or engaged in other misbehavior that prejudiced a party. The summary does not decide that ground.
