One row per field in 7 U.S.C. § 3501(a), with the instruction line that supplies it, or a blank. Write no sentence of the narrative.
What the lawyer must review
7 U.S.C. § 3501(a) requires the report not later than 90 days after a foreign person acquires or transfers an interest, other than a security interest, in agricultural land. The fields include the legal name and address, citizenship if an individual, and, if the person is not an individual or a government, the entity's nature, the country in which it is created or organized, and its principal place of business, plus the type of interest, the legal description and acreage, the consideration, the other party's details on a transfer, and the agricultural use intended on the report date. The Secretary may require other information by regulation. That regulation was not opened. The text states no acreage or dollar threshold. The report is not an approval. You write the narrative.
