- Formal Opinion 512 requires review of analysis and citations, and correction of errors, before anyone relies on tool output or a court submission. Model Rule 1.1 Comment 8 includes the benefits and risks of relevant technology. A law-reform paper is not a statute. You decide what, if anything, is relied on.
