Checklist
- An error in the system may explain a wrong answer. It does not absolve negligent client service or misleading a third party. The vendor is not the provider of the legal service.
- The person checking the output must be able to detect the error. On the joint statement, the lawyer personally verifies the contents and makes sure they are accurate and not likely to mislead the client, the court or another party.
- Record the answer, the source of the conflict, and every place the answer is still displayed.
- The lawyer writes the correction and decides when it replaces the published answer.
