Where this comes from
The official form is published by qbcc.qld.gov.au; this page is a completion guide. Last checked on 2026-10-17.
When to use it
Use when a claimant in Queensland has served a payment claim and has received a lower payment schedule, no schedule, or no payment. Lodge through the QBCC portal or the current approved manual form.
How AI may be used
AI may assemble the submissions bundle index and an item-by-item table of the claim against the schedule; the lawyer confirms eligibility and the deadline and settles the submissions.
AI may
- Index the contract, payment claim, payment schedule, site records and correspondence for the application bundle.
- Build the item-by-item table comparing each claimed item with each reason in the schedule.
- Draft submissions on entitlement for the lawyer to settle, with document references.
AI must not
- Must not calculate the final lodgement deadline without lawyer confirmation.
- Must not draft statutory declarations in the deponent's place.
- Must not upload the bundle to the QBCC portal or pay the fee.
The lawyer checks
- The application type and its deadline are correct (30, 20 or 30 business days depending on the trigger).
- Submissions for claims of $25,000 or less meet the page and format limits.
- A copy of the application and submissions is given to the respondent within 4 business days.
