Legal risk table for a client's AI system
Internal table for advice on one client system: the facts taken from the client's papers, the questions the principal still has to answer, and the principal's rating on each risk.

When to use it
Use when instructing a file on a client's decision system, before a letter of advice. It is not the advice and it is not the client's privacy policy. The impact-assessment form in this library is the longer assessment; this table is the one-page risk view.
Used for these tasks
Each task page says how far AI may help with the task and what the lawyer must review.
How AI may be used
AI may put facts from the client's papers into the fact column and leave the rating blank. The principal writes the rating and any advice.
AI may
- Extract system facts into the fact column from documents the principal supplies, with the document name
- List questions the papers do not answer
AI must not
- Must not write the rating or the advice
- Must not assert that an Act applies if it was not opened
- Must not send the table to the client as a letter of advice
The lawyer checks
- Each fact is traced to a client document, and gaps stay as gaps
- The principal has written every rating
- The table is not sent out until it is turned into advice the principal signs, or it is kept internal
Method: how the Green, Yellow and Red levels are decided. This is guidance for planning, not legal advice.
