Build a first-meeting register from the developer's documents
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List each document in the developer's bundle, with its date and title as the document states them, and flag any item on the lawyer's expected list that is missing.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what the first meeting needs and whether a missing document matters. The register copies titles and dates. It does not say the association has complied with a statute. Formal Opinion 512: sample-test this kind of list on a bundle, then still check flagged items on the bundle in hand. Model Rule 1.6: do not put the bundle into a public tool. Open the state's common-interest statute before you tell the board the handover is complete. California Civil Code § 5200 is a definition of association records, not a list of developer handover documents.
