How AI is used
For each notice, record how it was sent, whether it went to the party's solicitor, whether email or fax was received, and whether it makes an obligation essential or is a notice of rescission or termination. Do not treat a workspace message as service of those notices, and do not write the notice.
What the lawyer must review
The lawyer decides whether service has occurred and writes any notice that makes time essential or that rescinds or terminates. A document is signed by the party or the party's solicitor, except a direction under clause 4.8 or clause 30.4. Clause 30.4 was not read. Service on the solicitor counts even if a party has died. Service may be in any manner provided in section 170 of the Conveyancing Act 1919. That section was not opened, so its methods are not listed. Email or fax to the solicitor is service unless it is not received. Coming into a person's possession is service. The earliest service counts. A workspace message is service except for a notice making an obligation essential, or a notice of rescission or termination. Confirm the printed edition.
