Build an incident chronology from the tickets and emails

- How AI is used
- List each event with the date and time in the ticket or email, the system named, and the document it came from. Do not decide that the incident is a breach or that any notice is due.
- What the lawyer must review
- The chronology is a fact list. California Civil Code section 1798.82 measures disclosure to a resident from discovery of a breach of the security of the system, generally within 30 calendar days, and requires a sample copy to the Attorney General within 15 calendar days of consumer notice when more than 500 California residents are notified. HIPAA individual notice is without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after discovery. None of those clocks is a 48-hour rule. You decide whether any clock has started. Opinion 512 and Model Rule 1.6.
