Set out the assumptions required for future economic loss
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the earnings and capacity material the lawyer supplies, build an assumptions table for future economic loss. The lawyer names the civil liability statute. Where that statute is the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW), the requirements are s 13. The lawyer supplies the assumptions and the percentage possibility. The tool does not choose either.
- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer decides the most likely future circumstances but for the injury, the percentage possibility, and whether an award can be supported, and writes any schedule or submission. Other jurisdictions are checked on their own Act. The NSW section is the one opened for this task.
