Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the prescription and the supply record the lawyer has selected, record who supplied the medicine, that person's role, and the limit in the section the lawyer names. Do not decide that the supply was negligent, and do not apply a Schedule 8 rule to a medicine the record does not identify as Schedule 8.
- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer decides which supply rule applies and whether the supply broke it.
- Do not apply a Schedule 8 rule to another schedule.
- Do not use regulation 53, section 50 or the extended practice authority. They were not opened.
- Health information stays in a firm-controlled tool, not a public one.
