How AI is used
From photographs, invoices, batch codes and packaging the lawyer selects, build an inventory of the goods, the batch or serial identifier, the packaging, the instructions and any recall notice on the file. Do not decide that a recall proves a defect.
What the lawyer must review
  • Decide what must be kept, whether a hold letter goes to a supplier, and what the public recall record shows.
  • An interim ban by a state minister applies only in that state. A Commonwealth ban can apply nationally.
  • Do not treat a supplier's mandatory report of death or serious injury as a filing by the plaintiff.
  • Keep health and wage records in a firm-controlled tool.
