How AI is used
From the proposed index, flag a medical record, a tax document, a superseded pleading, a service document, an overarching-obligations certificate, and any document that appears twice. The tool does not decide what is tendered.
What the lawyer must review
  • The lawyer decides what is included in the file given to the judge.
  • Do not treat a document left out as unable to be tendered, or a document included as a tender.
  • Keep medical records and tax documents out of that file unless the court has asked for them.
  • Do not put clinical records into a public AI tool.
