Table policy clauses without marking a term unfair
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- One row per clause the lawyer has marked in a standard-form policy. Columns are the clause number and the clause's words. Do not mark a term unfair and write no endorsement.
- What the lawyer must review
- 15 U.S.C. § 1012 leaves the effect of a policy to state law unless a federal act specifically relates to the business of insurance. No unfair-terms statute was opened. NAIC model MO-900 addresses claims-settlement practices, not the fairness of a policy term, and it is not itself law. You decide whether any term can be challenged.
