Compare the claim narrative with the contemporaneous documents
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Put each event in the narrative beside the document, if any, that mentions it, with that document's date. Mark an event with no document. Do not rewrite the narrative.
- What the lawyer must review
- California Insurance Code § 331 provides that concealment, whether intentional or unintentional, entitles the injured party to rescind. That is a California rule. 15 U.S.C. § 1012 leaves the rest of the misrepresentation rule to the state. You decide whether anything was concealed. Formal Opinion 512 requires review before the comparison is used in advice.
