- From the director's list of books and the administrator's request, index each book in the director's possession that relates to the company, and each other place the director says books are. Note the administration start date, the date 5 business days later, and any longer period the administrator has allowed in writing. Do not complete the report and do not mark a book as one the director is entitled to retain.

Checklist

- Do not decide that a book is one the director is entitled to retain.
- Lodge Part A only. If Part B has been lodged, use Form 106 and lodge Form 507 again without Part B.
- Do not use this index for a court liquidation until the equivalent duty has been read.
