How AI is used
Record that each benefit request must be properly completed and filed with all initial evidence required by the applicable regulations and other instructions, and that the person must establish eligibility at filing and continue to be eligible through adjudication. Record that full and truthful disclosure of all information requested by the Department of Homeland Security is a condition of a nonimmigrant's admission and continued stay. Do not decide that an answer is incorrect. Do not apply a passenger-card rule. Do not draft a correction.
What the lawyer must review
The lawyer decides completeness. 8 C.F.R. § 103.2(b)(1) is the completed-request and initial-evidence rule. 8 C.F.R. § 214.1(f) is the full-and-truthful-disclosure condition, and a willful failure is a failure to maintain nonimmigrant status whether or not the information was material. No passenger-card statute was opened. The tool does not decide that an answer is incorrect and does not draft a correction.
