- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer decides whether a correction may be invited and who must receive it. Paragraph 10.33 says that if an entity gives tenderers an opportunity to correct unintentional errors of form between the opening of submissions and any decision, it must give that opportunity equitably to all tenderers. Paragraph 10.34 says further consideration must be given only to submissions that meet the minimum content and format requirements. The lawyer decides whether the mistake is an unintentional error of form, and whether a submission meets the minimum requirements the request documents set.
